MERDI collects information you submit for inquiries and sends cart information to BigCommerce when you choose checkout. Payment and hosted-checkout information is handled on BigCommerce’s checkout service, not on MERDI’s Hostinger storefront.

This page describes the public storefront’s data flows in plain language. Do not submit sensitive personal information in an inquiry message.

Information handled by the storefront

  • Cart selections stored in your browser for the shopping experience.
  • Name, email, organization, country, inquiry type, quantity, and message when you submit an inquiry.
  • Basic request and security information needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

Checkout and service providers

When you proceed to checkout, the server creates a BigCommerce cart and sends you to BigCommerce’s hosted checkout. BigCommerce may process checkout, payment, order, cookie, and account information under its applicable notices. Hostinger provides hosting infrastructure for the public storefront.

Purpose, retention, and choices

Information is used to answer inquiries, operate purchasing pathways, maintain security, and fulfill legitimate business requirements. Retention depends on the inquiry, transaction, operational need, and applicable obligations.
